How Pricing Works
CodelyHub AI provides custom automation, software, workflow, website, and integration services. Because project requirements vary, most services are priced through a written quotation rather than a fixed public package. The quotation states the exact deliverables, price, currency, payment schedule, and expected delivery window before payment is requested.

Currencies
Projects may be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD), depending on the client, project, and available payment method. The exact transaction currency will be displayed on the written quotation, invoice, or hosted payment page before the client authorizes payment.

Payment Schedules
Depending on project size and risk, payment may be due in full before work starts or divided into milestones. A milestone schedule may include a starting payment, one or more progress payments, and a final payment before final handover. The applicable schedule is confirmed in writing for each project.

Third-Party Costs
Hosting, domains, paid APIs, CRM subscriptions, WhatsApp or messaging providers, automation platforms, cloud services, payment-provider fees charged to the client, and other third-party tools are separate from CodelyHub AI service fees unless the written quotation explicitly says they are included.

International Clients
CodelyHub AI is based in Pakistan and may serve clients internationally. International clients may be offered an available card or online payment method supported by the active payment provider. The client’s bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange, cross-border, or card fees outside CodelyHub AI’s control.

Invoices and Payment Requests
Clients receive a written project reference, quotation, invoice, or secure payment request before making a payment. The amount and currency shown on that payment request should be checked before authorization. Do not send payment to an account or link that cannot be verified as belonging to CodelyHub AI or its approved payment provider.

Taxes
Any taxes, duties, withholding, or statutory charges that must be applied to a transaction will be handled according to the applicable law and the information shown on the invoice or payment record. Clients are responsible for their own local tax or accounting obligations where applicable.

Delayed or Failed Payments
A failed or delayed payment may delay project start, milestone progression, final handover, or support that depends on payment status. A failed payment does not by itself create a completed order or entitlement to a deliverable.

Refunds and Cancellations
Payment does not remove the client’s rights under the applicable project terms. Cancellation and refund eligibility are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
