CodelyHub AI provides digital automation, software, workflow, website, integration, and consulting services. We do not ship physical products. Any reference to “delivery” on our website or invoices means electronic delivery of project work or access to a completed digital service.

Most small and medium CodelyHub AI projects are estimated at approximately 3–30 business days after the required access, content, requirements, and agreed starting payment have been received. Large or complex integrations may require a longer timeline, which will be disclosed before work begins.

What Can Change a Delivery Date
Delivery may be delayed when required access, content, approvals, feedback, API credentials, third-party account approval, client decisions, or payment are delayed. Outages, API changes, account restrictions, or other third-party platform issues can also affect an estimated date. We will communicate material schedule changes when they are known.

Milestone Delivery
Projects may be delivered in stages. A milestone may include a design, workflow build, website page, integration, testing phase, documentation package, or other agreed output. Milestone acceptance and payment terms are defined in the written project scope.

Client Review and Acceptance
Clients should review digital deliverables promptly and report scope-related issues within the review period stated in the proposal or project communication. Reasonable corrections that fall within the approved scope will be handled according to the agreed revision terms.

Failed or Incomplete Delivery
If CodelyHub AI cannot complete an agreed deliverable, we will communicate the reason and the available remedy. Depending on the project stage, this may include a revised delivery plan, scope adjustment, cancellation, or refund review under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Before Delivery

CodelyHub AI is a Pakistan-based digital services business and delivers services remotely to clients in Pakistan and internationally. Because delivery is digital, there are no customs, international shipping, or physical courier charges.
